Przeszukalem doglebnie internet w poszukiwaniu historii dlugoterminowego sukcesu (kilka lat), jesli chodzi o zatrzymanie lysienia i odrosty przy uzyciu lekow. Przyznacie, ze to dobre kryterium skutecznosci?

 

Wniosek mam taki: jest finasteryd oraz wspomagajacy go minoxidil. I nie ma nic wiecej. Tylko ci ludzie, ktorzy stosowali finasteryd, mogli pochwalic sie wieloletnim pozytywnym skutkiem, wzglednie bez skutkow ubocznych.

 

Oczywiscie dieta, witaminy maja znaczenie - tak generalnie, jesli chodzi o zdrowie. Ale te wszystkie marketingowe mikstury, dodatki, nowosci, to na chwile obecna - jeden wielki syf. Skad to wiem? Powtorze jeszcze raz - to banalnie proste - poniewaz nie ma ludzi, ktorzy uzywajac tych srodkow, osiagneliby wieloletni sukces.

 

Niech mnie ktos przebije, bo czekam na jakis cud, ktorym moglbym zastapic fina (ja skutki uboczne niestety odczuwalem podczas brania fina).

mój przypadek:

 

5 lat walki, podczas tego okresu minoxidil [1 rok stosowania] pogorszył mi sytuacje bo był moją pierwszą kuracją (strasznie linienie lecz bez odrostu), następnie miałem znaczne spowolnienie na spiro+saw palmetto+tretinoina [1,5 roku] zewnętrznie. Po kilku latach przeszedłem z tego na finasteryd [stosowałem 1,5 roku] - bo to w końcu "najlepszy" lek na łysienie i straciłem całkowicie stabilna sytuacje na zakolach, cofnęły się z NW1 do NW2 oraz lekko przeżedził mi się czubek. Zdecydowałem się odstawić finasteryd i przejść na RU+ASC+AHK [5 miesięcy stosowania] i całkowicie zatrzymało mi to postęp łysienia, następnie zmieniłem kuracje na RU+SABA żel [7-8 tygodni] i zacząłem notować powolny progres - czubek się zagęścił a tekstura włosów z przodu poprawiła i wyrównywała z tyłem. Podbudowany dobrym efektem zdecydowałem się kombinować [najgłupsza decyzja jaką mogłem podjąć] i odstawiłem RU i SABA na rzecz PSI oraz iniekcji IGF-1. W przeciągu 4-5 miesięcy straciłem 30%, nie tylko na zakolach (NW2 -> NW3), ale straciłem całkowicie gęstość na obszarze NW6, mogą o tym poświadczyć osoby którym wysyłałem zdjęcia mojej sytuacji na głowie.

 

Teraz wróciłem do RU oraz SABA żelu - sytuacja się stabilizuje powoli + daję ostatnią szanse minoksidilowi (tym razem iniekcjom, które zaczynam w tym tygodniu w celu odzyskania tego co utraciłem no i liczę na jakiś progres na zakolach).

 

Do finasterydu nigdy więcej nie wrócę, bo jednak efekty uboczne były nie do zaakceptowania dla mnie, bagatelizowałem to ale dopiero po odstawieniu zdałem sobie sprawę jakie spustoszenie robił w moim organizmie (problem z osiągnięciem erekcji, a jeśli już się udało to penis nie miał twardości) - nie doświadczam żadnych podbnych podczas kuracji blokerami zewnętrznymi

Dokładnie. Pojedyncze przypadki krótkoterminowego sukcesu o niczym nie świadczą. Ja np. żałuje jak nie wiem, że spróbowałem Ru. No ale cóż, bywa. Bez ryzyka nie ma zabawy.

Fin/dut i minoks to jedyne co jest sprawdzone. Ja mam zamiar spróbować jeszcze z SABA. Jeżeli kuracja dutasterydem, minoksem wew. i zew., oraz żelem SABA nic nie da to żegnam się Wami Panowie. Szkoda czasu, nerwów, psychiki i pieniędzy na to. A mocniejszej kuracji nie zrobię. Wolę odłożyć kasę i zrobić za kilka lat zabieg. A dodam, że włosy dla mojego wglądu są mega ważne. Pytanie tylko jak mój wygląd jest ważny dla mnie samego...

Nie do konca jest tak, ze tylko istnieje fin/dut i minox te dzialajace. Ludzie na RU zatrzymuja lysienie latami a po CB maja niesamowite efekty. To jest garstka ludzi, ale tez nie stosuje eksperymentalnych srodkow tyle ludzi co fina na swiecie! Wiec biorac pod uwage srednia, mysle ze eksperymentalne srodki wcale tak gorzej nie wychodza, po prostu ciezej jest je zdobyc i zawsze moze byc problem z czystoscia czy pojazdem. Niestety nie ma lekko, ale dla chcacego nic trudnego.

 

Co do fina to stosowalem 2 tyg i podzialal na mnie niesamowicie szybko i ladnie, ale uboki nie do zniesienia od 2 polknietej tabletki! 2 tyg jakos wytrzymalem a wiecej sobie nie wyobrazalem nawet.

 

Skoro piszesz, ze nic nie ma oprocz fina (minox nie uwazam za dobry stuff, bo tez mi przez moja niewiedze poszarpal linie, bo stosowalem bez dobrego blokera i to stymulator a nie bloker wiec za wiele wspolnego nie ma z zatrzymaniem lysienia) to jak wytlumaczysz fakt, ze przez okres prawie 5 lat stracilem jedynie 1nw nie stosujac go??? Zaczynalem od nw 2 a obecnie mam nw 3 i uwazam, ze bez jakiekolwiek kuracji bylo by o wiele gorzej, a eksperymentalne srodki moze i nie sa takie cudowne jakby sie mialo wydawac, ale daja nadzieje i dzieki niej wciaz wydaje ta kase i probuje rzeczy , ktore moga pomoc i do tej pory mi chociaz pomagaja spowolnic:)

OK, RU. Jest znany od okolo 10 lat, dostepny na rynku w ograniczony sposob od kilku lat. Obecnie jest dostepny dla kazdego czlowieka w cywilizowanym swiecie. Nie wiemy, jak wiele osob go uzywa. Ale chyba mozna przypuszczac, ze w calym swiecie znajdzie sie przynajmniej kilkaset osob, ktore mogly go uzywac od kilku lat. To i tak chyba bardzo zanizona liczba. Beda to osoby zwiazane z internetem, forami, badaniami. Chyba moznaby sie spodziewac, ze chociaz 10% z tych osob chcialoby opisac na forach swoje dlugoterminowe pozytywne efekty? Czyli powinno dac sie znalezc porzadne kilkadziesiat pozytywnych historii na ten temat.

 

Jesli takie macie, to wklejcie tutaj. Piszecie, ze sa na prywatnych forach, to wklejcie nie linka, ktorego nie otworzymy, ale cytaty z prywatnych forow - tutaj, do tego tematu, w dowolnych jezykach swiata. Z pewnoscia to bedzie ciekawe doswiadczenie.

Well, i Decided i have to make my own blog.

this is my hairloss story:

 

It started when i was 18 years old when i combed my hair and saw loads of hairs on the comb.

When it starts i had thoughet like "its only a nomral shedd".

One time a friend of mine who is also balding, told me - '"Youre scalpt is starting to get more visible".

Ofcourse my family members didnt think im loosing it and they toughet im just paranoid.

I started using minox 5% after my friend told me im loosing it.

I used it around 1 year and in that year i lost around 15% of my hair. And my hairline started receding.

It took me time to understand that the only way im gonna keep my hair is using antiandrogens.

The skin doctor told me that applying 0.5mls a day of minox is enough to keep my hair.

Ofcrouse it didnt.

I got realy pannic about the hair loss thing and started reading the forums.

I found on propecia and started taking it for about 1year.

Propecia was kinda amazing for my hair. i gained a lot of hairs when using propecia.

But the sides allmost killed me.

I had zero sex drive, couldnt get it up anymore at all, heavy brainfog, sleep problems.

I also lost a lot of muscle mass.

got fired from job and etc. (since i couldnt sleep)

I remember reading finfigther and endens posts about ru58841.

So i stopped with proepcia and started using ru with enden's and finfighter help.

It took me around 5months to get my libido back.

I think zinc realy helped in that.

Still consider myself lucky about that.

After reading all those horror stories on propeciahelp.

I will soon pass 1year mark on ru.

I think ru is great.

I see regrowth on the hairline.

Even more than i had with propecia.

I still shed some strong hairs.

But its not a lot and my head doesnt itch any more.

I honestly think that its great that we have good source for ru now.

I lost some money from bad OC batches. (and hairs)

beacuse the ru wasnt realy good.

Background

I began balding when I was around 18 years old, and I'm sure that seborrheic dermatitis accelerated the process. I've had trouble with it since puberty, but I didn't know what it was, and I didn't consult a doctor before I began getting comments about my thinning vertex. AGA runs in my family on both sides, but my brother who's 22 years old still has a full head of hair, probably because he doesn't have eczema. Anyway, I used corticosteroids to get the disease under control, and then Nizoral 2% for maintenance. Rogaine 5% was the first treatment for AGA that I tried. My scalp got inflamed after a while, and the hair on the vertex thinned out rapidly as a result. I did get some regrowth at the temples, but that was it. I quit the treatment and moved on to Propecia. I noticed sexual side effects after the first pill, but I continued the treatment for almost 4 months, before the side effects got so severe that I couldn't take it anymore. I was left with PFS, and my hair hadn't improved at all. That was not the end of the treatment though. Several months after quitting Propecia, it was clear to me that I wasn't going to recover on my own. I figured that I would take care of one problem at a time, and attempted to treat AGA while trying to reverse- and manage side effects from Propecia. At that time, I believed that finasteride was a competitive inhibitor only, and that I was simply dealing with hormonal imbalance - so I've experimented a lot with it, also in combination with Rogaine 5% and Nizoral 2%. Unfortunately, it didn't regrow any hair on my vertex, and after realizing that PFS was a lot more complex than I first thought, I was forced to quit.

 

I've been doing a lot of research and flirting with several treatments over the last 2 years, but I'll keep this short and only share what I think is important.

 

RU58841

It was the treatment of choice after doing a lot of research. I mixed the drug with Rogaine 5% - which has a vehicle that has been used in a study on RU58841, and proven to be effective. The initial result was amazing. Drastic changes were apparent within a month. The slightly- to moderately miniaturized hairs that were all over the NW6 pattern suddenly looked normal, and my hair got darker. I got positive comments from other family members. That's how drastic the changes were. At that time I was stupid enough to quit Rogaine 5% again, thinking that RU58841 would be able to maintain any gains from it. I was wrong, and lost a lot of hair within the next months. I then began experimenting with RU58841 alone in a couple of proven vehicles, and although I did see the positive effects I was familiar with, I couldn't see any regrowth. I noticed that the drug tended to precipitate in the solutions I was using, and unreliable sources, impure chemicals and side effects were other issues. I began searching for information on ProStrakan's solution and any other RU58841 solutions. At the same time, the American made RU58841 from finfighter's source took care of a couple of the issues. I found the Kraemer & Bohn solutions after a while, and was the first to experiment with the KB5 solution. I immediately noticed how well made this solution was. It was easy to apply, and dried fast. I didn't notice any side effects, and it appeared to be significantly more effective than any other solutions that I had tried, based on the reduction in amount of hairs lost every day, and when the scalp began itching and tingling again. I've been using anabolic-androgen steroids as treatment for PFS during this time, so the solution is very effective. My hair continues to improve with the KB5 solution that I'm currently using. However, I'm being careful with it, because I know one of its metabolites may accumulate and cause systemic side effects. This presents a problem for me, because I'm working to solve PFS.

Hey everyone. I wanted to make a post regarding my current treatments and how things are going.

 

I'm usually not encouraged to post about my loss as i usually am busy talking about sciencey stuff/ trying to not think about it.

 

As many of you know a long time ago I was an RU user after not seeing results on fin after a year or so.

 

When I began RU regularly applying 100mg per night in combination with DUT i finally began to see big results. A long time ago i posted a video of the hair patches i regrew on YouTube because i was so excited. There weren't before pictures, but I wasn't trying to convince anyone of my regrowth i was simply happy to have it and show off my success. I wasn't the only one who noticed. My girlfriend at the time (who did not know I was on these treatments or even had a hair loss problem) was running her hands through my hair when i was laying on her lap looking up where she had a good look at my hairline and she made the comment that I had tons of small thick black hairs sprouting up below my hairline. At this time i had already noticed them myself but thought I may have just been overly optimistic. But then having someone else notice who knew nothing about it was reassuring. Then around that same time when i was in need of a haircut my barber commented and said the same thing, that I had patches of hair below my hairline he had never seen before.

 

After this I really new I had real results.

 

After all this success I kept on the RU and DUT for a year. Despite most people shedding extensively on DUT at the hairline i obviously didn't have this problem which I attribute to RU usage. At this year mark I had no more hair loss. I never thought about it any more or had anything to remind me of it because i wasn't shedding or losing hair like i used to.

 

It was an amazing feeling to not think about hair loss anymore and I had forgotten what it felt like to worry about losing hair like I used to. Unfortunately the DUT was having an effect on my ability to study, remember things, and (most scary of all) my speech. I would literally lock up in the middle of a sentence trying to draw a word. I could see the word in my mind and knew what I needed to say but couldn't physically draw the word from my mind to say it. It was the weirdest thing.

 

 

After this I stopped the DUT. And then made the worst mistake ever. I guess, as I said, I had forgotten I had hair loss as I was totally over it. So when I stopped the DUT I used RU and RUM (hairline) less frequently. This was around the time all the hammer stuff started happening. I was up late worrying about that and not focusing on my treatments. Then with the move to Costa Rica I wasn't able to bring my treatments with me on the plane and the entire time i was there was off all treatments. Of course the shed came back in a big way. I have now lost all the ground I had gained.

I did'nt have a digital camera in 1997 and never took pics for reference anyway. But I never had less hair count than now...such as visible bald spots to other people etc.. because i started FIN before I got to that stage. My familiy members are rather bald.

 

Like I wrote, the regimen maintained what I had in 97 therefore it would be hard to prove anything using photos. The photos would show more or less the same look unless you took large close-ups to see hair thickenss..but that's not even easy to capture on photos. I tried to do that on my HLT "Flutagel report" thread and it kind of shows thinner hair.

 

Prior FIN my hair were very thin in diameter, with little pigmentation (almost blond - i have light brown hair) and scalp was cleary visible all over the top but follicles were still somehow healthy that's why it worked so well.

Jasne.... żeby finasteryd i/lub minoxidil pozostawały bez wpływu na zdrowie, to jest po prostu niemożliwe

Skąd to wiem ? Bo znam podstawy farmakologii. Leków działających systemowo, które by nie powodowały działań niepożądanych, jeszcze nikt nie wymyślił.

Jak ktoś wymyśli, to dokona przełomu tysiąclecia w medycynie i dostanie nagrodę Nobla.

Też byś tą podstawową zasadę farmakologii znał, gdybyś szukał dociekliwie lub porozmawiał z jakimkolwiek kompetentnym lekarzem.

Ale coś słabo szukałeś.

Poza tym, jak już pisałem: każda chemia która działa, może też zaszkodzić. Ta która nie szkodzi, nie pomaga.

A kosmetyki nie szkodzą, bo nikt nie będzie ryzykował odszkodowań.

Dodając dwa do dwóch.... pozostają albo leki zatwierdzone (i niestety także szkodliwe), albo eksperymentalne - na własne ryzyko.

Ale eksperymentalnych jest dużo i prawdą jest, że panuje tu pewien chaos. To niestety największa bolączka tego.

Od dawna powtarzam wszystkim, że lepiej mieć 2 rzetelnie sprawdzone leki niż 20, które są w powijakach - tzn. nie wiadomo czy działają, czy potrafimy je syntezować (w laboratoriach innych niż te, które dokonały wynalazku), czy mamy odpowiednią bazę transportową, wypracowane dawki, itp, itd.

Ale to jest moje zdanie.

 

Inna sprawa: minimalny okres testowy to 3 miesiące konsekwentnego! stosowania, a maksymalny to rok-dwa.

Jeszcze inna sprawa: często jedyny efekt działania danego leku to spowolnienie! łysienia. Tymczasem dla 99% nowicjuszy miarą działania/niedziałania leku są odrosty.

 

Fin/dut i minoks to jedyne co jest sprawdzone.

 

A choćby od dawna znany flutamid czy ketokonazol. Nie słyszałem, żeby ktoś np stosował fluta i mu on nie pomógł. To jest po prostu niemożliwe.

 

Jaki metabolit moze sie akumulować po RU i co powodować?

 

1% z RU 58841 metabolizuje się do RU 56279, a powoduje on to co wszystkie anty-androgeny, czyli spadek libido, dysfunkcje erekcji, itp.

Oczywiście RU 56279 jest także metabolizowany i usuwany z organizmu, tyle, że powoli.
